Captured during Storm Ciara a huge wave breaks in the shape of a face which portrays a scene of Ciara rising from the depths of the ocean to reap chaos and destruction across the country.
With the UK getting battered by the storm I headed to south Wales to try and capture some huge waves. A large swell was forecast and after dealing with driving 80 mph winds and torrential rain I managed captured a number of images of some seriously huge waves with this being my favourite.
Sometimes you just can’t help but marvel at the sheer power and force of the ocean during storms like this. Although these condition make photograph very difficult sometimes you can capture something special and unique which makes braving these conditions and getting a little wet well worth while.
